I am such a nerd. I know exactly what time the Fed/Ex guy comes, I track my deliveries like a hawk, and I start opening boxes before I even put my purse or keys down. I get THAT excited for print and album orders. Today was no exception.

A few people have asked for photos of the layflat books that I include in two of my three wedding packages. They are an excellent value and a more modern take on a traditional wedding album. The paper is extremely thick and high quality, the corners are slightly rounded and it’s bound in a fashion that allows the pages to turn neatly and to lay flat (eliminating the actual bending of pages that occur in regular books)

This particular layflat book is 10″x10″, 12 pages (24 sides) with a black leather cover.

Today was the most magnificent, gorgeous day in San Francisco. Sunny, 80 degree days don’t come often in “The City” and it’s hard for me to remember a time where I have been in SF without the cold and the fog. Don’t get me wrong, the cold and the fog are part of the charm, but today I feel in love with a sunny San Francisco. I was lucky enough to spend 3 1/2 hours shooting the cutest little family in one of the most amazing cities in the world. As I turned my car to the east and headed back to Sacramento I decided that I need to come back. Soon.

…to be continued.
