This is something that I've been thinking about for a long time. I want to search for an awesome, fun couple and shoot their wedding for free. I want to find a couple that not only feels that they can connect with me, but I want to find UNIQUE. Beautiful. Different. Fun. Outside of the box. I probably won't know until I see it. Why am I doing this? Well, I can honestly say it's because I love weddings. I really, really do. I love the feeling of meeting a couple whom I can immediately bond with and who shares my same outlook on life and my same sense of adventure and who will apply that to their wedding day. I'm looking for a wedding that will not only be a blast for me to shoot, but will create inspiring images. What will the lucky couple receive? - 6 hours of wedding day coverage by yours truly - A DVD of high resolution images with full printing rights - 40% off any of the products that I offer. This includes prints, albums, thank you cards, etc.

IMPORTANT - here is the nitty-gritty:

- Your wedding must take place between October 1st 2011 and November 1st, 2012. I must not already be booked on your date. - Your wedding can be anywhere in the world, but if it is outside of the general Southern California area, you will be responsible for paying a travel fee (which will vary, but generally consists of my flight, hotel and rental car) - everything else would be free, as I listed above. - You must sign my usual wedding contract. I will be your sole wedding photographer and we will conduct everything as normal :) - If for some reason you needed to cancel or change your date after we sign the contract, you void your right to the free wedding coverage and an alternate couple will be chosen.

-Your wedding date - Your names - Your wedding location and venue - Your coordinator's info, if you have one - How many people you are anticipating - How many people are in your bridal party - A strong description of your theme, wedding details, the overall vibe of your wedding, anything fun or different that you're doing, any DIY projects...basically SELL me on why I should choose your wedding and why it would be an awesome wedding to photograph. - Any pertinent photos. Example: Your dress, bridal party outfits, hair style, flowers, venue decorations, etc etc. The more photos the better! Links are fine too. - A photo of you and your fiance. Or two or three or four :) - Information about yourselves...what do you do? How did you meet? How was the proposal?

The more info you can send me, the better. I just ask that you do so in ONE email. Please have the subject of your email be: Pick me! Choose me! (yes, silly...and yes, I used to love Grey's Anatomy, haha)

Please understand that I can choose only one couple. There are no parameters. I'm just going to go with my gut and choose the couple whom I feel best fits what I am looking for. I will announce the "winning" couple on September 7th at 6pm PST.
