Jennifer and Rick began their love story at the happiest place on Earth – Disneyland! Rick had arranged for one of the cartoon artists to create a “Will you marry me” drawing and as they sat there, Jen didn’t suspect a thing. Sure, as people were walking by they were grinning extra large at them (since they could see the drawing), but she had no idea. When the artist turned it around for Jen to see, Rick got down on one knee and proposed. She said yes, of course ;)

Jen and Rick got married at the St. Margaret Mary Parish in Chino and then we headed over to the Royal Vista Golf Club in the city of Walnut for the reception. I loved, loved, loved their entire bridal party – everyone was so genuine and fun! The guests enjoyed a photobooth, a candy bar, great music, and tons of great food. The entire wedding was truly a joy to photograph. Just like Jen and Rick, it was super laid back and “go with the flow” and I felt right at home!

Jen had this little coin taped to the inside of her shoe. Love!

Jen’s twin nieces made for fun little photo subjects and they obviously adore their aunt!

Uh-oh…bridezilla alert! Or not ;)

…and a big thank you to my 2nd photographer, Anita! Couldn’t have done it without you, chick!

I chose Laura & Edward’s wedding out of a dozen others for a contest that I held last year for a fun, unique wedding. They certainly did not disappoint! They decided to upgrade their package and as a result, they are receiving my largest gallery yet. So…many…photos! Why? Their whole day was full of action, emotion, details, and moments. There was something awesome to photograph at every turn. Not only did Laura and Ed plan an amazing wedding (with the help of their wonderful event planner, Timeless Celebrations) but they gave each and every one of us an experience to remember.

I first met Laura and Ed at their engagement session, which if you haven’t seen, you must check out here! They are class acts. They love to dress up and go out at least once a month and they are both trained theater performers and dancers. Laura had her dress custom made, not a surprise since care and consideration was placed on every detail throughout their day. They had their ceremony at the Rose Center Theater – the first wedding ever held there! Edward made his grand entrance by swinging onstage from a robe. I know that’s probably not the technical theater term, but it was pretty awesome, whatever you call it!

Laura and Edward, I can’t thank you enough for letting me be a part of your day. It’s truly one that I will remember forever.
