My very first maternity session was with my sister (see post below) last Saturday. On Wednesday, I did my second maternity session. I LOVE MATERNITY. I will shout it from the roof tops! Anyone who knows me knows that I have a major passion for weddings. Well, I have the same for maternity. I feel so blessed to be able to photograph such a special time in a woman's life and I truly hope that these gorgeous woman can recognize just how stunning they are. Karrie, her hubby and their 3 year old daughter drove all the way up from the Stockton/Modesto area to have a shoot with me. I was telling my husband that I get a bit nervous when people drive an hour and a half just for my photos. I joked with Karrie and told her the same thing...her response, "Well, I'm obviously getting something out of it!" hehe. We spent a little over an hour at the Folsom Lake State Recreation Area in Granite Bay. Everything was green which won't last long around Folsom Lake! Karrie is pregnant with their second baby girl, due in April (doesn't she look fab?!)
